Multilevel Medium Voltage cells

The SECOM Drive multilevel inverters are medium voltage multilevel drives based on CBH inverters (H bridge cascade IGBT cells), in a 3L NPC topology.
These drives can be air and water cooled and have an AC/DC input converter with output voltage levels that range from 3.3 kV to 11 kV and output power from 200 kVA (to 3.3 kV) up to 13000 kVA (at 11 kV).
The configuration and the number of cells depend on the output voltage level (3.3kV - 4.16kV - 6.6kV - 11kV).
The structure of the CHB converter uses standard power modules in a simple structure. Cells can be easily extracted from the cabinet where they are installed using a sliding support system.
